Our environmental performance, encompassing labor practices, human rights, ethics, and sustainable purchasing, has been awarded the Bronze Medal by EcoVadis.
Clean production with own solar installation
We have allocated 2,037.5 m² of roof space to the installation of photovoltaic panels, which allows us to self-generate about 23% of the energy we consume and reduce more than 123 tons of indirect CO₂ emissions annually.
Certified renewable energy with sustainability criteria
We hold the EKOenergy certificate, the only European eco-label that guarantees our energy comes from 100% renewable sources and meets strict sustainability standards, significantly reducing our carbon footprint.
Responsible packaging management under the ENVALORA framework
To comply with Royal Decree 1055/2022 and its new Extended Producer Responsibility model, Kerafrit has joined ENVALORA, the Collective System that guarantees sustainable, traceable and efficient management of industrial and commercial packaging.
