Yes. Our inks are designed to be compatible with all major inkjet systems and technologies, and can be adjusted to the specific conditions of each line to ensure optimal performance.
They offer high physical-chemical stability, maintaining constant key parameters such as viscosity and particle dispersion, ensuring continuous and reliable printing during long production periods.
They allow for excellent definition and color fidelity, facilitating the reproduction of fine details, complex patterns, and gradients with high visual quality.
Our digital inks are manufactured under strict quality control, monitoring key parameters such as particle size and distribution, stability, viscosity, and printhead compatibility. Each batch undergoes rigorous testing and print trials, ensuring consistent and reliable performance in production.
Everything you need to know about ceramic inkjet inks
Maximum chromatic definition and performance in digital decoration.
Ceramic inkjet inks are solvent or water-based pigment suspensions, formulated with nanoparticles to guarantee ultra-high resolution digital printing. On the production line, the quality of a ceramic ink is critical: it must flow perfectly through the printheads without causing blockages (clogging), dry at the right speed, and maintain absolute physical stability during long manufacturing runs, withstanding the demands of multipass or single-pass printers.
As an advanced ceramic ink manufacturer, at Kerafrit we develop chromatic series that ensure exceptional colorimetric performance after firing. Our ceramic inkjet inks offer an expanded color range (gamut) and total compatibility with glazes, grits, and special effects. This allows factories to reproduce complex designs such as marble, wood, or stone with unparalleled photographic realism and maximum operational efficiency.
