KERAFRIT SA es una empresa especializada en la fabricación u comercialización de fritas, esmaltes y colorantes cerámicos. A lo largo de nuestra trayectoria nos hemos dedicado a ofrecer a todos nuestros clientes una línea de productos de calidad, competitivos e innovadores, que satisfagan sus necesidades. Como resultado de ello y con el objetivo de abastecer el incremento de las demandas de los mercados en los que trabajamos.  

Siguiendo la política de desarrollo tecnológico de KERAFRIT se han llevado a cabo unas inversiones englobadas en el proyecto IMPLANTACIÓN DE MEJORES TECNOLOGÍAS DISPONIBLES PARA LA REDUCCIÓN DE EMISIONES A LA ATMOSFERA Y REDUCCIÓN DE CONSUMOS ENERGÉTICOS, beneficiario de la AYUDA PARA MEJORAR LA COMPETITIVIDAD Y SOSTENIBILIDAD DE LAS PYMES INDUSTRIALES DE LOS SECTORES DE LA COMUNITAT VALENCIANA DEL CALZADO, CERÁMICO, METAL-MECÁNICO, TEXTIL, JUGUETE, MÁRMOL, MADERA-MUEBLE E ILUMINACIÓN, QUÍMICO, AUTOMOCIÓN, PLÁSTICO, ENVASES  EMBALAJE, PRODUCTOS INFANTILES, PAPEL Y ARTES GRÁFICAS, VALORIZACIÓN DE RESIDUOS Y LOS SECTORES EMERGENTES DE LA BIOTECNOLOGÍA, PRODUCCIÓN AUDIOVISUAL Y LA PRODUCCIÓN DE VIDEOJUEGOS, DENTRO DE LA SEGUNDA FASE DE IMPLANTACIÓN DEL PLAN ESTRATÉGICO DE LA INDUSTRIA VALENCIANA concedida por la CONSELLERIA DE ECONOMÍA SOSTENIBLE, SECTORES PRODUCTIVOS, COMERCIO Y TRABAJO.

Esta ayuda supone una subvención por importe de 119.657,53 (INPYME/2019/197) destinada a las instalaciones y nuevas líneas productivas, que mejora la capacidad productiva de la empresa y su competitividad en el sector.

Gracias a ello, KERAFRIT continúa mejorando sus procesos, con incorporación de tecnología e incremento del equipo humano, para afrontar los nuevos retos que nos presentan los mercados.

Our Export Commercial Manager Jose Quero and our CEO Pedro Jaquotot thank the recognition awarded by the Chamber of Commerce for the Best Exporting SME 2018.

Kerafrit, in Nules (Castellon), develops its activity from 1997. From its origins, the company is dedicated to the manufacturing and sales of frits, glazes, ceramic pigments and bases for the ceramic market. Later, in order to add in its catalogue of products and for adapting itself to the market evolution, Kerafrit completed its range of products adding the manufacturing of mediums, additives, deffloculants and other materials used in ceramic industry, which made possible years after the development of inkjet products.

For all this and after more than 20 years of history, Kerafrit has managed to consolidate a prominent position in the ceramic market, with a wide commercial presence in the world.

Its continuous investments and firm commitment to R&D have made possible to get an excellent level of quality and careful customer service, as well as the capability to offer the last advances in materials and technology. Kerafrit has an extensive list of patents, investigation and innovation works, CDTI projects and European projects. As sample, the two Alfa de Oro awards won in 2009 and 2015, for one each investigation projects.

Inside Kerafrit’s social politics, it should be noted its care of environment and sustainable spirit. The Quality and Environmental Management is developed according to a policy of objective reference and company improvement. Kerafrit uses the best available techniques to the manufacturing of its products, through emissions purification facilities, water reuse and by-products in its productive process, managing waste and recovering the materials for a better use of natural resources and its life cycle.

This strategy of continuous improvement and investments has made possible that, throughout these last years, Kerafrit has increased its fabrication capability and has made important investments in value-added products, focusing its commercial strategy in getting new export markets. This objective has been reflected in excellent results: the Export sales increased in almost 44% in the period 2015-2018, assuming more than the 75% of the total sales of the company.

This elevated level of export is also based in a great diversification, creating a solid structure, with presence in all continents and areas of world ceramic producers.

Kerafrit has designed its outdoor commercial network in a meticulous way, with the objective of giving to final customer a continuous assistance in its geographical zone and its language, very close and comfortable for them but combined, at the same time, with a technical-commercial input coming from Spain, with all innovation and capacity of the central company.
